ADINET is the only Library Network in Ahmedabad. The process of covering the whole of Gujarat has been started. It caters to all types of Libraries : school, college, universities, institutional libraries and even public libraries. Hence, access is provided to hundreds of libraries, librarians and organizations through the ADINET Network.

Inter-Library Loan/Document Delivery : ADINET enables the member Institution to find/ locate specific periodicals/books/reports etc. Books, Reports, Theses and even non-book material such as audio-video material can then be borrowed on inter-library loan basis.

Content Pages of Library & Information Science journals (CUCOLIS) are regularly supplied to all members. Full texts of selected articles from content pages are supplied on request.

Photocopies of articles from journals received by libraries in and around Ahmedabad are supplied on request.

ADINET is preparing a database of databases available in library and information centres in and around Ahmedabad. ADINET acts as a pointer towards various databases information available with the institutions/professional associations.

Organizations whics wish to employ Library staff for their Library and Information Centre, can advertise in given a format on ADINET website or a Newsletter. Charges are Rs.1000/- per post per month.

ADINET Monthly Lecture Series is held on last Friday of every month at 4:00 p.m. Library & Information Science Professionals give very interesting and informative talks on important current topics.
