An active Discussion list will help you to build your relationships online

current topic, also post their comments & opinions on various topics.

Directory of Institutions, colleges and Trade & Commerce Association
information about name of organization, college etc. and details about
information professionals by name, organization and city.
Internet
Tool Box will give latest tools, trends & resources for searching precise
information on the Internet.
The
monthly ADINET e-News will provide valuable information about issues like
career advancement, certificate e-courses, etc.
It
is proposed to start an ADINET Student Group to provide support & leadership
opportunities for M.L.I.S Students.

is maintaining a Database of current periodicals received from over 122
Libraries (Union List of Journals). It contains details of 5540 unique
journal titles.
Inter-Library
Loan/Document Delivery ADINET enables a user to find/ locate
of periodicals/books/reports etc. Books, Reports, Theses and even
non-book material such as audio-video material can then be borrowed
on inter-library loan basis.
Content
Pages of Library & Information Science journals (CUCOLIS) are regularly
supplied to all members. Full texts of selected articles from content pages
are supplied on request.
Supply
of photocopies from journals received by libraries in and around Ahmedabad
is supplied on request.
ADINET
is preparing a database of databases available in library and information
centers in and around Ahmedabad. ADINET acts as a pointer towards various
databases information available with the institutions/professional associations.
Organizations
who wish to employ Library staff for their Library and Information Center,
can advertise in given format on ADINET website. Charges: Rs. 1000/post/month.
ADINET
Monthly Lecture Series is held on last Friday of every month at 4:00 p.m.
Library & Information Science Professionals give very interesting &
informative talks on important current topics.
