1. Introduction to AI: History, Background & Recent Developments

This session provides participants with an introduction to Artificial Intelligence, covering its history, background, evolution, and recent developments. It will help participants build a foundational understanding of AI and become familiar with how the technology is developing and influencing modern information and library environments. The session will provide a useful foundation for understanding the practical AI applications discussed throughout the workshop.

2. Prompt Engineering and Generative AI (GPT)

This session focuses on Prompt Engineering and Generative AI, with particular emphasis on GPT-based technologies. 4. RAG-Based Chatbot Solutions and Workflow Using AI Agents
